1. 服務簡介
NOOKs  提供整合式輔導與支援服務，旨在協助用戶舒緩情緒、提升身心健康及建立生活平衡。請注意，本服務並非臨床心理治療或精神科醫療服務。
我們的導師及治療師並非精神科醫生，因此不提供診斷、藥物或急性醫療介入。如您正面臨精神健康危機或懷疑有需要接受臨床治療，請盡快尋求醫療專業協助。

2. 使用條件

  • 年齡要求： 用戶須年滿 18 歲，或於家長／法定監護人同意下使用本服務。

  • 資料準確性： 用戶須確保所提供之資料真實、完整及準確，並對任何錯漏負責。

  • 個人責任： 用戶在使用 NOOKs 服務期間所作出的任何決定及行為，應自行承擔相關責任。

3. 收費及付款
如透過指定平台（例如 WhatsApp 或電子付款方式）進行服務預約或付款，該行為即表示用戶已同意並接受 NOOKs 的服務條款及付款安排。

4. 退款及改期政策

  • 服務一經確認及提供後，無合理原因恕不設退款，用戶於付款前須確定已充分了解服務內容及自身需求，並同意該安排。

  • 如需改期，須於原預約時間 最少 24 小時前通知，可免費更改一次，如少於 24 小時通知或缺席，將視為已使用該節服務。

  • 若因突發疾病或特殊情況（需提供證明），可安排改期或保留時段作日後使用。

  • 如用戶遲到，服務將於原定時間結束，不作延長或補回。無預先通知缺席者，恕不退回或補回該節服務。

  • 惡劣天氣安排，如懸掛 八號或以上颱風信號 或發出 黑色暴雨警告，當日所有 面談輔導 服務將暫停，並可於稍後改期。網上輔導 可按實際情況維持或另行安排。

  • 如因輔導員臨時原因取消預約， NOOKs 將提供 全額退款 或協助安排其他可行時段。

5. 服務限制
NOOKs 之輔導及支援服務並不適用於處於緊急或危急情況的個案。若您或他人正面對生命威脅、嚴重自傷或其他精神健康危機，
請立即聯絡相關緊急服務或心理健康熱線。NOOKs 無法提供此類緊急應對支援。

6. 免責聲明
NOOKs 不對因使用本網站或服務而導致的任何直接、間接或附帶損失負責。包括但不限於資料錯誤、誤用服務、或因依賴本網站資訊所引致的後果。
用戶在使用服務前，應審慎評估自身情況與需求，並對個人決定承擔責任。

7. 服務更改
NOOKs 保留隨時修改、暫停或終止任何服務內容之權利，恕不另行通知。任何變更將會於網站上公佈，並自發佈日起生效。

8. 隱私政策

NOOKs Terms of Use

1. Service Overview
NOOKs provides integrative counselling and therapeutic support services designed to promote emotional well‑being and healthy living.Please note that our services are not equivalent to clinical psychological treatment or psychiatric care.Our practitioners are not psychiatrists and do not provide diagnosis, 
medication, or emergency medical intervention.If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please seek immediate help from qualified medical professionals.

2. Conditions of Use

  • Age Requirement: Users must be aged 18 or above, or obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian before using the service.

  • Accuracy of Information: Users are responsible for ensuring that the information they provide is true, complete, and accurate.

  • Personal Responsibility: Users are fully responsible for their own decisions and actions while using NOOKs services.

3. Payment
Submitting payment through designated channels (e.g. WhatsApp or electronic payment) indicates that the user has read and agreed to these Terms of Use and payment conditions.

4. Refund and Rescheduling Policy

  • Once a service has been confirmed and provided, no refund will be offered without reasonable cause.
    Users are advised to ensure that they fully understand the chosen service and their own needs before making payment, and agree to the stated arrangement.

  • If rescheduling is required, at least 24 hours’ notice must be given before the original appointment time.One complimentary reschedule is allowed.
    Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session or failure to attend will be considered as a completed session.

  • In cases of sudden illness or special circumstances (with supporting documentation), rescheduling or credit transfer to a future session may be arranged.

  • If a user arrives late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time and will not be extended or replaced.
    Failure to attend without prior notice will result in no refund or makeup session.

  • Severe weather arrangement - If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or a Black Rainstorm Warning is in force, all in‑person sessions will be suspended and
    can be rescheduled for a later date. Online sessions may proceed as scheduled or be rearranged by mutual agreement.

  • If a session is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances on the counsellor’s side, NOOKs will issue a full refund or assist in scheduling an alternative session.

5. Service Limitations
NOOKs services are not suitable for individuals in crisis or emergency situations. If you, or someone you know, is in danger or requires urgent mental health support, 
Please contact local emergency services or a crisis hotline immediately. NOOKs is not equipped to handle such urgent cases.

6. Disclaimer
NOOKs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or services. This includes, but is not limited to, 
losses resulting from inaccurate information, misuse of services, or reliance on materials provided by us.
Users should carefully consider their own circumstances and needs before using our services.

7. Service Modifications
NOOKs reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any of its services at any time without prior notice.
All changes will be published on the website and take effect immediately upon posting.

8. Privacy Policy
All personal data collected is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using our services, you agree to the collection, use and storage of your personal information as outlined therein.

9. Intellectual Property
